1.    Eligibility

a. This offer is only valid for businesses or organisations that can provide a current, genuine waste collection bill from an existing service provider.

b. The waste bill must be recent (within the last 3 months) and clearly state the service type, frequency, and cost. Invoices that do not reflect regular ongoing services (such as one-off or ad-hoc services) will not qualify for this offer.

c. If a customer cannot provide a valid waste bill, they do not qualify for the offer.

     2.    Comparison Criteria

a. The offer applies only to equivalent services in terms of waste type, collection frequency, service level, and other relevant specifications.

b. BSG Waste reserves the right to decline the offer if the customer’s current waste service does not comply with health and safety regulations or cannot be replicated on a like-for-like basis due to service constraints or local regulations.

c. All comparisons between the customer’s current bill and BSG Waste’s quote will be made excluding VAT. The VAT status of the customer or their current supplier will not be considered in the comparison.

d. If the customer’s savings (or lack thereof) are solely due to the VAT element, either by its inclusion or exclusion, they will not be eligible for the £25 donation offer.

     3.    Exclusions

a. Customers using non-standard or highly specialised waste collection services that BSG Waste cannot provide on a like-for-like basis are not eligible for the offer.

b. Any customer whose current waste management arrangement violates environmental or health and safety laws will be automatically excluded from the offer.

     4.    Non-Eligible Customers

a. The offer is not valid for customers who are not paying for waste collection services (e.g., those who have free or subsidised services).

b. Customers whose contracts are under renegotiation or who are part of government/municipality-funded schemes are not eligible.

     5.    Donation to Clubs

a. If BSG Waste is unable to offer a cheaper equivalent service, a £25 donation will be made to a club or organisation of the customer’s choice, provided it is registered in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

b. BSG Waste reserves the right to refuse donations to any organisation that is not compliant with legal or ethical standards, or if the claim is found to be non-genuine.

     6.    Claim Process

a. To claim the £25 donation, the customer must submit their existing waste bill for verification along with relevant service details.

b. BSG Waste will conduct a thorough review of the bill and service specification to determine eligibility. Claims may take up to 30 days for review.

     7.    General

a. This offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

b. The decision of BSG Waste regarding eligibility or exclusion from this offer is final.
